SIRCET are glad to have visiting groups, from schools or organisations, who are interested in conservation on Rakiura contact us for engagement work. We often hear from groups who have visited the island previously and would like to give back after enjoying the environment here, and from schools who focus on environmental initiatives during their camps.
Community education is at the core of SIRCET’s purpose, so we’re always excited to share our story and ideas and invite people to experience some hands-on conservation. We have some flexibility in what we can offer, depending on the time of year and tailored to levels of fitness and age groups, so we’d love to hear from you!
